The visual comfort of this home is a two element equation. It looks French but not heavy classy and Belgian but not tiresome neutral. It plays these two styles in a fresher but still violin tone.
A very relaxed colour palette is introduced in the right light, compatible accents are carefully spread to tone up the place and wood works and warms up on the walls.
It is a house which believes in the power of solid wood and a cottage story at the root of any gourmand kitchen. It was supposed to be a home for a family’s needs, a pleasurable retreat at home. Hopefully it finally has become just that.
